DEPOSE DATRON
The DATRON dispensing machines were developed for dispensing adhesive industrial cords, joints, coating, or for EMC applications (Electro-magnetic compatibility). This technology is called Dispensing.
The high performance level, regularity, and fast pace of the DATRON machines makes them very successful.
The DATRON 3D dispensing head (patented) proposes top-level security for processes, combined with large flexibility. The DATRON software allows dispensing independent from the speed, ensuring fast speeds and short cycles in 2D or 3D. The system also works independently from the pressure and viscosity, eliminating any readjustments during the manufacturing process.
Several head models are available, depending on the products to be dispensed.
The new, economic dispensing machine for 1-component polyurethane foam sealings, is perfect for any electric and electronic applications used in a normal environment.
 
It wonderfully replaces the manual setting of pre-cut gaskets, even in small series.
