SCHMID
SCHMID is the worldwide leader in this field, designing and manufacturing wet horizontal inline systems for making printed circuit boards, photovoltaic cells and panels, and flat panel displays (FPD). All the chemical processes are covered. The inline systems consist of modules in which the products are transported flat and undergo a spraying of the appropriate products. Rinsing and drying modules are inserted in critical areas.
The most efficient spraying systems can reach structures of only a dozen or so microns, as well as decent thicknesses (engraving, metallizing). SCHMID offers several types of transport systems, depending on the dimensions and thickness of the transported products (from 50 µ to several mm). Considering that each project is different, various module widths and lengths exist depending on the desired capacities. Equipment design is carefully studied to reduce maintenance and consumption of chemical products and water. There is a large choice of automatic loading/unloading units.

The systems are made depending on the product and are protected from implemented chemical products (i.e. Halar coating).
