WINSIDE has developed a complete range of products and equipment which answers to all the printed circuit board manufacturers needs.
ATG-LM
The world-leading ATG-LM flying probe testers allow for a total and reliable check of the bare boards after production. The simultaneous use of 8 or 16 probes, depending on the model, allows for incomparable productivity. It can economically test small to mid-size series and even large series with automatic loading/unloading systems – and all this without any testing tools. Its rapid implementation allows passing from one product to another very quickly, making these ATG testers perfectly suited for the European market. There are numerous options available (high voltage test, capacity and resistance test, Kelvin measure, fine and flexible circuits…). This range has three 8-probe models: A1, A5 and A5-a (automatic loading).
There are two 16-probe models: A6 and A6-a (automatic loading). The A5-a is the last model, introduced on the market in 2008, notably allowing to mix several different products in the loader. All the operations, up to the unloading on a pile of “good printed circuits” or “defective printed circuits” are automatic. A label is placed on-the-fly of the defective printed circuits so they are checked on a post called “repair station”, which uses the information output from the tester.
The latest models of ATM-LM also include these recent improvements, for example, a short scanning time (alignment) thanks to cameras fitted on the heads (4 or 8 cameras in all – up to 50 points scanned per minute). They therefore represent an extremely competitive solution, combining speed and the advantages of mobile probe tester, notably the flexibility – much needed by the European clients – and a reduced need for workers on the automatic loading machines.

OPTEK
The OPTEK Videomic machines are 3-axis contact-free measuring system. The main usage is to verify critical dimensions on various parts, carried out by a checking system. An enlarged image of the checked part is visible on the monitor. Thanks to advanced and efficient metrology software, the feature coordinates, once measured, can be stored and exported (line width, circles, etc …).
A specific range, OPTEK InnerVision, the world’s first coordinate x-ray measuring machine, allows a destruction-free check of products with inner components (multilayer printed circuits, inserts in composite structures, encapsulated features, etc …). Besides the measurements, the images reveal different characteristics which are invisible to the human eye and provide important information on the lamination process or the encapsulation used. The OPTEK InnerVision range is a unique product on the market.
PERGIACOMI is a manufacturer of x-ray machines for testing cabled circuits. The AIX 10 has been recently developed for the bare board market, and includes an x-ray source of 65 kV, allowing to detect and visualize any internal defects of the multilayer circuits and to carry out the necessary measurements. It is especially used prior to drilling, to detect and correct a mis-alignment of the holes in relation to the inner layers. Any detectable defects on the PIERGIACOMI AIX10 are incorrect layer alignment, short circuits, contamination, etc … It is possible to easily take measurements of conductor width and spaces, hole misalignment to pads, various distances, etc … Thanks to a PC using WIN NT, the displayed images can be recorded and saved.
