KREMPEL| The downsizing and storage space needs led to the development of flex-rigid and flexible circuits. Market demands for flexible printed circuit boards are constantly growing. You can rely on the KREMPEL company for manufacturing flexible-based material on production installations which satisfy the latest technical requirements. | | KREMPEL, along with the Akaflex range, have designed high-standard profile material. KREMPEL simultaneously offers you its lamination but also its overlays like its adhesive films and pregs. The Akaflex range can be broken down into 3 types. The first is flexible products such as PCL, built on PET base and is available with various dimensional stabilities following the norm defined by the IPC. The second is the PENCL which is on a PEN base, therefore having a higher temperature resistance. The third is KCL, built on a PI base with strong adhesion, and resistant to soldering baths. The Akaflex range also has semi-flexible material such as GHE with a fibreglass base |  | They are all with an epoxy resin. KREMPEL also offers KDF which is an Akaflex product without a support and is solely an adhesive film.
