SCHMOLL
SCHMOLL is a German company making drilling/routing machines with 1-2-5-6 or 7 stations. The 1-station machines give maximum flexibility, especially with the MODUL range which is very compact and can be placed alone, with an individual loader or with a moving shuttle serving several machines.
SCHMOLL has a large variety of technical choices and options, allowing the different models to produce all sorts of printed circuit boards: different possible spindles, lead-screws or linear motors on all axis, special registration tables, CCD camera registration systems, X-ray systems, double spindles (DK and Twin system), controlled Z axis, automatic loading, etc....
Multi-X and Multi XY technologies are patented and allow for outstanding accelerations of the axis, while guaranteeing the most accurate positioning and individual station accuracy optimization.
A large choice of spindles for routing, drilling and micro-drilling allow SCHMOLL to offer the most suitable machine for each application, depending on your specifications and needs.

POSALUX
POSALUX is a French-speaking Swiss company producing drilling and routing machines with 2-3 and 5-6 stations, from the ULTRASPEED range. Having been developped recently with a modern concept, these machines include many built-in elements designed for a high productivity level, such as the DUAL system, using two spindles on the same product, or the tool chain magazine, with up to 6000 tools inside the machine.
POSALUX has the perfect know-how to manage all precision aspects, with the particular assistance of a Gantry design on the US 6000 model, specific spindles for micro-drilling and an efficient thermal management ensuring precision stability during long cycles.
These specific applications are also possible with POSALUX, with, for example, using CDD cameras, Z-axis controls (drilling or routing of blind holes or pockets, controlled in Z).
The IL and DTE automatic loaders allow for even greater equipment productivity, while keeping the necessary flexibility by allowing mixing of several products in the loader.
This large choice of spindles, especially with the high torque synchronous spindles, allows POSALUX to always have a suited solution for products to manufacture. 		  
For the aviation industry, POSALUX has also developed a version adapted to manufacturing aluminium plates, using specific spindles and coolant spraying.

PIERGIACOMI
PERGIACOMI is a manufacturer of x-ray machines for testing cabled circuits.
The AIX 10 has been recently developed for the bare board market, and includes an x-ray source of 65 kV, allowing to detect and visualize any internal defects of the multilayer circuits and to carry out the necessary measurements.
It is especially used prior to drilling, to detect and correct a mis-alignment of the holes in relation to the inner layers.
Any detectable defects on the PIERGIACOMI AIX10 are incorrect layer alignment, short circuits, contamination, etc …
It is possible to easily take measurements of conductor width and spaces, hole misalignment to pads, various distances, etc …
Thanks to a PC using WIN NT, the displayed images can be recorded and saved.
