REPOINTINGMechanical cleaning of your toolsCISTHE has tested, with its main partner HPTEC, a mechanical cleaning method of your tools. This efficient and non-aggressive method was approved by our most demanding clients a while ago, who integrate it with their manufacturing process. This cleaning can work on very small to standard-sized diameters. Sharpening drills: competence at your service All drills are checked individually by operators and by tapping during the final inspection with an enlargement X 60 of the original size. Our precision and know-how allow us to industrially sharpen all sorts of drills on the printed circuit market, including those between 10 microns and 6.50 mm. Our production capacity of 400,000 drills per month associated with the most suitable machine park, allowing us to satisfy all your expectations... Our work quality has been validated on over 200,000 drills by an electronic controller of VIALOG tools, used by the largest drill-manufacturing companies. After production of the drill or sharpening, it passes through a cassette system, then checked by a 12-parameter camera. If a tool is not within the recorded limit, it is placed aside. HPTEC uses this system to qualify all tools sharpened by Cisthe … proof of first-rate quality. ROUTINGThe number of sharpenings, and operations, are indicated on the drill by a bushing and point system which can reach up to 6 sharpenings. Equipped with an efficient routing centre, WINSIDE guarantees standard routing limits of +/- 0.5 mm. Using two automatic saws, one by automatic loading, we can work on all sorts of plate formats used, from the US plate (1240x930) to the double Kombi (1240x2160). Therefore, the panels manufactured are then deburred automatically up to 0.3 mm, then packaged. Fit with a corner rounding machine, we also propose to round the panel corners avoiding any scratching risks during the handling on your production site. With two routing machines of flexible material, we can also trim the pregs stored in our cold room. These pregs are first punched upon request, then vacuum-packed. We also work on release agent film as well as copper.
