Who are we ?

Present on the Electronic Sector for over 30 years, the WINSIDE activity originally started under the SUPRATEC Company.
Focusing only on the Printed Circuit Board manufacturing market, the company diversified it's business by extending it's portfolio with capital equipment such as test equipment, drilling and routing machines, lamination presses, scoring machines, etc...
The company currently continues this diversification to other sectors, with high speed CNC machining centers, used mainly for soft material processing (aluminum, plastics, composites). The company also distributes some of those materials (composites).

Our fields of activity

In addition to the PCB and the machining centers sectors, WINSIDE is also present on the Plastic Card industry (special equipment and materials), on the Photovoltaic sector (chemical lines and consumable materials), and in addition we also offer Dispensing Systems (for sealants, adhesives) as well as Compression Molding Presses.

Services

The expertise of WINSIDE is based on our staff and on our principals, and also on our sister companies (CISTHE and PHENICE) as well as on other subsidiaries of the SUPRATEC Group :

CISTHE and PHENICE, specialized in industry subcontracting services, have 3 core businesses:

A resharpening pole for which CISTHE is the European Leader since the 80's, resharping drill bits as small as 0.15 mm up to 6 mm. Certified by the major drill bit manufacturers and by the most important pcb manufacturers in Europe, with a capacity of over 500 000 drills per month, CISTHE and PHENICE resharpen all tool types and brands. They also offer on request special tools, to comply to your special needs (special angles, …).
A gluing pole that works on a large variety of materials, from electronic board coating to complex part gluing and sealant dispensing. CISTHE produce your prototypes as well as small and medium-size lots.
A machining/engraving pole working on many kinds of materials and metals. Our equipment guaranty a very accurate and high level result, as for example on heat sink dissipators. If needed we can also talke care of the chemical treatments on your parts, that are necessary to get a good adhesion.

Organization

WINSIDE is structured around two poles: the « Equipment side » (which covers the Machining Centers), taking advantage of an experienced Technical Director, and the « Consumable side», for all materials, with two experienced Product Managers who are permanently in touch with the technical departments of our principals. These two poles are managed by a Sales Manager who is your partner. The sales and technical managements are located within the group headquarters in Bondoufle F-91070- but the production facilities are located in Béziers F-34500- where the materials are stored and where the cutting equipment is installed. This workshop has been settled in 2005, and is developing with new investments every year in order to fulfill the ever increasing customer expectations.

The daily communication with WINSIDE allows every entity to develop it's know how and it's technical expertise.
The strength of the SUPRATEC Group, it's 10 daughter companies and it's sales force present all over the industry, allow a nice development of the product portfolio in a innovative spirit.

History and Evolution of the Company

2000: WINSIDE creates SUPRACIST based in Barcelona, in order to better serve the Spanish market. At the same time it takes some shares in CISTHE, a tool resharpening company which is an important player in the service sector.
2004: WINSIDE takes over the « Equipment » and «Consumable» business of ALPHAMAT, which allows to widen the product portfolio. Offering a complete range to the PCB manufacturers, the company has developed it's business internationally in Europe, as well as by extending it's product range in other sectors like the photovoltaic market, plastic cards or soft materials machining.
2008: WINSIDE has been changed into a self-managed company, belonging 100% to the SUPRATEC GROUP..
2009: WINSIDE creates a company in Tunisia, called PHENICE, in order to continue growing and to approach new customers.
